Obviously im Joe fucking Deadhead and do not need any opinions from such minions as you clowns, but i am looking for a good Stagger Lee where Garcia goes Richter both on the guitar and vocals at the end.

BlueDevil...im back just in time...the New England 2007 offense is back, and Jimmy Calhoun is lurking for you tomorrow night

Tito,

These may or may not be what you are looking for but I think they are more than serviceable.

just cannot get myself to walk through those doors. I know I have a problem, so atleast that is part of my road to recovery. I have seen the progression of my disease though. First just a couple of shakes onto a burger or a taco or something. Next thing I knew, the bottle was appearing in my hand while I sat before all sundry sorts of meats, veggies, and even canned oysters. Just typing this, the cravings are steadily increasing...

yeah...the alleged wit and sarcasm isnt funny...kinda like it wasnt funny when you told us all you were addicted to booze and were abusing your family (actually, watching a man meltdown to strangers on the internet was hilarious)...you, and any other addict out there, are a truly weak man.

now about that Stagger Lee....

ahhhhh - dear short pudgy Tito - you haven't changed a bit. bet you wish you were still able to bone smokey like you used to in the back of your van before shows. that yelping sure got ya hard didnt it?? smokey might be a little dry now though - but that probably wont stop ya from trying a little poke at its decaying meat.

(so glad to have you back Tito - your forum pleasantries have been oh so missed - predictable as they may be)

does it frustrate you when you're beating off to yourself in the mirror and you can't get off? such is the downside of the juice.... just focus on that backside shot of smokey. go for the starfish

I know there is a late 60's version of this tune I love, but can't find it. Here's one I enjoyed while there, but sure there is full on froggy jerry

So, I know this girl over in France I'd like to introduce you to. I think you two would make a great couple.

Granted this is a latter day version, and a little Vince heavy, but it has a powerful build up at the end. It is one of my faves.

Thats the one i was looking for....thanks...although there is a few more im looking for where hes goes back to "the song that Delia sung!"...for a second time after the end jam....pretty good promised land after that as well, although Garcias "poor boys on the line!!!!" is a bit lacking, which is easily the best vocal part of "Promised Land"

on Garcia's end, he's A plus all the way, the only flaw may be Weir's horrendous over the pick-ups slide playing...

however, please check out the They Love Each Other, one of the best versions around and they spin the groove on this track...

How could I forget this one? This show very well could be my favorite downloadable show on the archive. All songs here are top notch renditions. Great Stagger Lee (although similar Bobby slide work to 12/30 detracts somewhat).
